Alphoryn provides software access, strategy logic, research tools, educational information, and workflow support. Alphoryn does not provide personalized trading advice, financial advice, brokerage services, account management, or trade execution services.
All content, signals, examples, reports, screenshots, videos, backtests, and settings are provided for informational, research, and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk controls, position sizing, account selection, and execution.
You may use Range Breaker only with prop firm accounts, evaluation accounts, simulated accounts, paper trading environments, or other non-personal-cash environments where your account provider allows the intended use.
You are not permitted to use Range Breaker, its signals, settings, alerts, research outputs, reports, guides, or automation workflows to place trades in a personal live cash brokerage account. Personal live cash accounts carry greater direct financial risk. Violations of this restriction may result in suspension, termination of access, or a permanent ban from Alphoryn services.
If you use Range Breaker manually as added confluence, broker execution remains your responsibility. Before enabling full automation, you must verify that your broker, prop firm, and any routing provider allow algorithms, bots, alerts, webhooks, and automated order routing under their current terms, rules, and account policies. When fully automated, unexpected failures can occur; you must keep an eye on the workflow, monitor positions and orders, and manage issues immediately.
Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every trader. You can lose some or all of your capital. Prop firm and evaluation accounts also carry rules, fees, drawdown limits, and account termination risks. You are responsible for understanding all applicable risks before using Alphoryn tools.
Backtested results, hypothetical results, research reports, optimized settings, sample reports, screenshots, and demonstrations do not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and a configuration that performed well historically may perform differently in live or simulated environments.
Range Breaker may be offered under beta tester pricing while the product, strategy logic, member resources, and research workflow continue to be refined. Beta software and strategy tools may contain bugs, configuration issues, signal issues, documentation gaps, or workflow changes.
Alphoryn may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, violation of these terms, prohibited cash account use, unauthorized redistribution, attempts to bypass protected access, or behavior that creates risk for Alphoryn, its members, partners, or service providers.
